Standard rate student	€295 + tax @ 18% = €348.10
Standard rate industry	€595 + tax @ 18% = €702.10
Standard rate academic	€495 + tax @ 18% = €584.10

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all lectures, poster sessions, and exhibition
• Conference materials
• Welcome Drinks Reception
• Mid session refreshments and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.
Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact customerservice-tetrahedron12@elsevier.com.

It is Elsevier’s policy that all bookings should be paid by debit/credit card with immediate payment. Please note, we are unable to issue invoices for registration payment or accept checks.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 6 May 2012, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 20 May 2012, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 20 May 2012, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
