The registration fee includes:

• Access to all lectures, poster sessions, and exhibition
• Symposium materials
• Welcome Drinks Reception
• Mid-session refreshments and lunch on Wednesday & Thursday

Academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute. Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. Registration fees are payable in advance of the symposium. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event or have any queries regarding your registration, please contact customer services.

Dinner

The conference dinner will be held on Thursday 27 June at the historic Kursalon Wien. The ticket cost is €70.00 + tax = €84.00 and includes a three course banquet, drinks and entertainment. Please book via the conference registration system

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the symposium secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the symposium secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 13 May 2013, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 27 May 2013, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 27 May 2013, or for no-shows at the symposium, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
